Pullover top has extended shoulders with buttoned or snap fastened shoulder openings, round neckline and long sleeves.  Top A has sleeves with lower edge gathered into bands.  B as shirttail hemline with machine-stitched hems.  Pull on pants with elastic stirrups or tapered pants C have elastic in waistline casing.
