Dress A and B are cut crosswise, have contrast collar with bias binding, short puffed sleeves gathered to bands, back zipper, back ties, piping trim and full skirt gathered to mock button front bodice at raised waistline seam. Skirt has attached lining with net ruffle. Aki8rt and ties A and B and bodice and sleeve bands A are cut from border print fabric. Doll dress for 17" doll has net petticoat and piping trim.
